If you are not satisfying about the product received from sheinside.com, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, mail online chat to ask for return address. Send us the tracking number when you returned your items, we will refund or exchange when we get your package.
If you received the items that is not you ordered , please take some images and show to our online chat ASAP, we will resend the right one to you immediatly.
If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can exchange to right size but can't cancel especially for one-size item since we have note the specific size measurement beside them. One size item is not suit for everyone.
